Baltimore based R & B singer, Keisha Starr is destined for stardom. I peeped her single " Down Wit U" and I was st8 hooked from the jump off.  The up tempo congo driven song is  the perfect club bangga or cook out party joint. Her lyrics evoke youthful emotions as well as hormones. It took me back to high school. Her clever yet classy style is also carried by an under current of street flava. She's my kinda girl.

In additon to her vocal skillz, Keisha is also an accomplished songwriter. Her writting has captured the attentioned of Island Def Jam and other major playas who want to buy her songs. Keisha's West Indian heritage is what gives her music such diverse range. Growing up in a "house of music" Keisha had no choice but to enter into the musical atmosphere and find her own space.
